3. वायु मुद्रा :- वायु मुद्रा  में वायु तत्व की प्रतिनिधि तर्जनी मतलब अंगूठे के पास वाली उंगली को अंगूठे की जड़ से स्पर्श किया जाता है और अंगूठे से तर्जनी उंगली को हल्का सा दबाया जाता है।

4. आकाश मुद्रा :- आकाश मुद्रा में आकाश तत्व की प्रतिनिधि मध्यमा मतलब सबसे बीच वाली उंगली को अंगूठे से स्पर्श किया जाता है।

5. मुष्ठिकम मुद्रा :- इसमें दोनों हाथों की उंगलियों को मुट्ठी बांधकर एक-दूसरे को पास पास रखते हैं और परस्पर हल्का दबाते हैं।

6. प्राण मुद्रा :- इसमें पृथ्वी तत्व की प्रतिनिधि अनामिका जो सबसे छोटी उंगली के पास होती है और जल तत्व की प्रतिनिधि सबसे छोटी उंगली को अंगूठे से स्पर्श किया जाता है।

7. सूर्य मुद्रा :- इसमें पृथ्वी तत्व की प्रतिनिधि अनामिका उंगली मतलब सबसे छोटी उंगली के पास वाली उंगली को अंगूठे से स्पर्श किया जाता है।

8. लिंग मुद्रा :- इसमें दोनों हाथों की उंगलियों को एक दूसरे में फंसा फिर मुट्ठी बनाते हैं और बाएं हाथ के अंगूठे को ऊपर खड़ा करते हुए दाएं हाथ के अंगूठे को उसके पीछे लगाते हैं।

9. यमपाशम मुद्रा :- इसमें दोनों हाथों की वायु तत्व की प्रतिनिधि तर्जनी उंगली को मतलब अंगूठे के पास वाली उंगलियों को एक दूसरे से बांधकर शेष उंगलियों की मुट्ठी बनाते हैं।
